Apply for general acceptance to Texas State Technical College West Texas by submission of an online Admission Application at [tstc.edu](tstc.edu).  \n2. Request an official sealed copy of your high school transcript or your GED diploma including test scores to the Enrollment Center. If you received your GED in Texas and need an official transcript, visit the Texas Education Agency (TEA) certificate search website @ [txchse.com](txchse.com) to obtain one.  \n3.
