The aim of this exercise is to keep your vision more stable when your head is moving and help you feel less dizzy.  \nImportant information before you start the exercise:  \n1. Remember to blink!  \n2. If you experience neck pain with this exercise, try making your head movements smaller, or slower  \n3. This exercise may increase or bring on your symptoms. This is safe and to be expected in small amounts. A mild increase in symptoms (by around 20 to 30%) is OK. This should settle within about 15 minutes after you stop. If needed, slow down or do fewer exercises in each day. Let your physiotherapist know.  \n4. To get the best results from your vestibular rehabilitation program it is important to keep positive and practice your  \nexercises every day.  \n5.
