It is completed by an Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), which is the breakdown into actions of the measures proposed in the study.  \nThe intervention zone of the proposed VIVA Logone Project is located in the Department of Mayo-Danay, Far North Region of Cameroon. It partially covers four Arrondissements, namely Yagoua, Vélé, Kaï-kaï and Maga, as shown in the figure below (Figure 1):  \nThe Project area is subject to a lowland Sudan-Sahel type climate,
