categories for the year 2026.TheRailway/PU-wise distribution of vacancies is given in Annexure-A.  \n3.Immediate action should be taken by Zonal Railways and PUs for placing the finalindent (not exceeding the vacancies approved by Railway Board)through OIRMS inconsultation with RRB/Bengaluru who will take necessary action for providing timewindow for finalizing the same within a period of one week from the date of issue ofthis letter.While placing indent,Railways/Units should ensure prescribed reservationnorms for SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.(both backlog and current)and shortfall,if anyshould be properly accounted for.  \n4.Nodal RRB will identify the categories with identical medical standards,PwBDattributes,educational and technical qualifications based on the post parameters andissue the CEN after clubbing the vacancies of these categories.There should be clearmention about the categories getting clubbed in the CEN so that the candidates areaware of the clubbing.The CEN will also include a provision specifically that finalallotment of department and category to the empanelled candidates will be done by theconcerned Railways and PUs based on the vacancies available and
