I am very lucky! Without them, this work would not have happened, at least not in this way, or at this time. I give thanks.  \nFirst, to my supervisors—I give thanks. Eric: thank you for your gentle, consistent encouragement of my work, and for hosting me in Amsterdam for a while. Yee Whye: thank you for your insight, and for supporting me in bringing more of myself (and my heart) to our lab meetings.
