They welcomed the bilateral support from the governments of Japan and the United Kingdom.  \nDirectors acknowledged the efforts to strengthen the economic policy framework to support a structural shift towards sustainable growth and macro-financial stability, including on enhancing renewable energy. They welcomed progress in implementing the programmatic series, with a focus on the reforms to open markets and strengthen the functioning of the financial sector. They stressed the need to strengthen domestic resource mobilization, debt sustainability, institutional capacity and governance including public financial management and procurement as well as the private sector development. They also underscored the importance of aligning with the EU accession reform package.  \nDirectors noted the overall high risk of the operation and underscored the importance of international financing assurances as well as risk mitigation efforts.
