They also called for greater focus on skills development and job creation.  \nDirectors noted that mitigation measures should be implemented to ensure non-discrimination against vulnerable and marginalized groups impacted by the enactment of the Anti-Homosexuality Act (AHA) . They emphasized the importance of closely monitoring these risks, implementing environmental and social management plans, putting in place grievance management systems, and supporting capacity
