They inquired about the country engagement approach and the rationale for the CEN, noting the need to transition to more strategic and long-term engagement based on core diagnostics and deepening dialogue.  \nDirectors emphasized the importance of technical assistance and institutional strengthening, and called for greater emphasis on outcomes and data quality and transparency for further WBG support as well as knowledge exchange to help support institutions.
