They’re made with just a few ingredients, are easy to make and great for meal prep, too! No grill? No problem. Stovetop instructions included! Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min | Servings: 4-5 burgers Source: The Real Food Dietitian \nIngredients \nBurgers: \n• 1 lb. ground turkey (93/7) \n• 2 tsp. olive oil or avocado oil \n• 3 big handfuls spinach, roughly chopped (~ 3 oz) \n• 3 garlic cloves, minced \n• ⅓ cup feta cheese, crumbled (~ 2-2 ½ oz.) \n• 1 ½ tsp. dried Italian seasoning \n• ½ tsp. sea salt \n• ¼ tsp. pepper \n• ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes Optional Tzatziki sauce: \n• ½ cup grated English cucumber, squeezed to remove water* \n• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt \n• 2 cloves garlic, minced \n• 1 ½ Tbsp. lemon juice \n• 1 Tbsp. olive oil or avocado oil \n• 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (or 1 tsp. dried) \n• ¼ tsp. salt \n• ¼ tsp. black pepper \nDirections \n1. Preheat the grill to 425ºF-450ºF. A grill pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray over medium-high heat on the stove also works (follow the recipe as written). \n2. Place a pan over medium heat on the stove or grill. Add the oil and once hot add the roughly chopped spinach and garlic. Cook until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before making the burgers. \n3. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well. \n4. Spray hands with a little cooking spray and form into 4-5 large patties. Patties will weigh about 6 oz. each if making \n4 (4.8 oz if making 5). Press a few extra crumbles of feta cheese into the patties. \n5. Grill for 10 min on one side, flip and grill for another 6-8 min or until cooked through (160ºF internal temp). \n6. Serve between a bun, wrapped in a lettuce leaf, or ontop of greens with fixings of choice such as onions, lettuce leaf, tomatoes, cucumber slices, feta crumbles, and/ortzatziki sauce. \n7. Optional Tzatziki Sauce: To make the tzatziki sauce, combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. This can be made the day ahead. \n06/25 \nFOLLOW US:","cbCaimiBmqRNic6f","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaimiBmqRNic6f","pdf",163032,"English","# Ingredients\n## Burgers\n## Optional Tzatziki Sauce\n# Directions\n## Grilling and serving","[{\"question\":\"How long do the turkey burgers take to cook?\",\"answer\":\"Grill for about 10 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6–8 minutes, until cooked through at 160°F internal temperature.\"},{\"question\":\"What are the main ingredients in the burgers?\",\"answer\":\"Ground turkey, olive or avocado oil, spinach, minced garlic, crumbled feta, Italian seasoning, sea salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.\"},{\"question\":\"How do you make the optional tzatziki sauce?\",\"answer\":\"Combine grated and squeezed cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill (fresh or dried), salt, and black pepper, then refrigerate until ready to serve (it can be made ahead).\"}]","Turkey Burger Recipe - Grilled Turkey Burgers with Feta Spinach | PDF",1790527405]
