They stressed the importance of enhancing women’s inclusion in Tunisia’s economic development and improving women’s access to more and better jobs and to digital, financial, and physical assets.  \nDirectors appreciated the linkages between the CPF and the ongoing Country Climate Development Report (CCDR) . They encouraged the team to continue focusing on adaptation and climate resiliency in implementing the strategy. They stressed the criticality of addressing water security to ensure resilience, sanitation and health that will also help food security.  \nDirectors highlighted the importance of maintaining flexibility within this CPF to enable the WBG to respond to immediate priorities that include direct support to families hit hardest by crises, small and medium enterprises access to finance, advancing renewable energy production and strengthening regional energy integration. They also welcomed the special focus and proactive engagement on migration.  \nDirectors underscored the need for longer-term structural reforms, including through Domestic Resource Mobilization. They highlighted the need to strengthen macro-economic recovery and quality job creation, human capital, and climate adaptation and mitigation. Noting the deterioration of human development indicators, and building on lessons learned from the previous CPF, they reiterated the importance of maintaining a strong Human Development program. They also emphasized the need to strengthen government ownership of the CPF and focus on institutional building and implementation capacity to facilitate the implementation of the reforms.  \nDirectors appreciated the strong collaboration between IBRD, IFC, and MIGA in developing the strategy and encouraged continued coordination through implementation. They asked to engage with all other partners, including the IMF and other development institutions.
