shippedassembled,while the fixed end bracket anddividers are shipped individually.  \n2)Long formation cableveyors (over 4m)are inprinciple shipped in sections.  \n## 3-1 Open the Arm\n\nOpen the arms on three links.  \n1)There is a slot mark on the arm locking area.nsert a flathead screwdriver into this mark andopen the arm.  \nNote:Screwdriverhead sizes shouldbe less than  \n5.5mm forTKP0625,9.0mmfor TKP0900,and10mm forTKP1250.Openthe arm 90°andpull to remove arm  \n3-2 Removing the lock stay  \nRemove 3 lock stays from where the movingend side of where the cableveyor will beconnected.  \nInsert a flathead screwdriver into the groove withthe lock stay slot mark and pullscrewdriver headdown in the direction of the arrow.The lock staywill pop out in the opposite direction.  \n3-3 Connecting Link Plates  \n1)Align the pin,hole,and stopper nodule,press the link hard by hand,or tap lightlywith a rubber hammer,to connect.(Support the reverse side.)  \n2)Bend the cableveyor slightly along itsbending radius(approx.5°)and align thestopper nodules.  \n3-4 Connecting Lock Stays  \nInsert the lock stay into links A and B at thesame time and rotate along direction of arrow  \nThis means  \naligning both  \nends of the  \nlock stay with  \nlinks A and B  \nat the same  \ntime.  \nNote:Connect  \nso that the lock  \nstay slot mark  \nandV on the  \ncableveyor align.  \n4 Inserting (Setting)Cables/Hoses  \n4-1 Open the arms.See 3.1.  \n## 4-2 Install the dividers.\n\n### 1)There are two ways to attach the dividers tothe lock stay\n\nA.When fixed  \nWith the LOCK→mark on the divider facingdown,you can fix the connected lock stay inthe predetermined position.Divider fix positioncan be changed in 5mm pitches.  \nB.When freely sliding  \nFacing the LOCK→mark on the divider in theopposite direction as above (up)willallow it tofreely slide in the lock stay groove.  \n2)Align the lock stay in the groove and presshard by hand to attach.Determine positionby cable/hose size and attach.  \nNote:It is convenient to make the guide markon the lock stays easy to see.  \nNote:Attach dividers so thereis a clearance of more than  \n1.1x that of the cable/hosediameter(d).  \n### 3)Attaching the divider\n\nDividers are in principle attached every two links.  \n### 4)To remove the lock stay from the divider,push the divider down laterally.\n\n4-3 Insert cable/hose(See 7.3.)  \nInsert cables/hoses in the predetermined position  \n*1:Ensure that cables or hoses are not stacked(As on the right in the diagram below.)  \n*2:Insert dividers so that they do not pressX。lagainst the cables/hoses.  \n*3:Ensure that the dividers are straight.  \n4-4 Close the arm.  \nCable/hose inserted (set)into cableveyor.  \n## 5-1 Remove moving end brackets\n\nnsert a flathead screwdriver between the link andbracket to remove.Or,remove the first link.  \n5-2 Connect the extending linksFirst,lightly tap each of the A and B links toconnect to the moving end brackets.  \n5-3 Connect the extending links to the finished section.  \n5-4 Connect the extending link to the lock stay.See 3.4.  \n5-5 Connect the dividers and arms.See 4.2.,4.4.  \n5-6 Attach the moving end bracket.Tap lightly with a rubber hammer.  \n6-1 Remove the arms from the moving end bracketSee 3.1.  \n6-2 Remove the lock staysSee 3.2.  \n## 6-3 Remove the links.\n\nInsert
