All services and resources listed in this booklet are for everyone, including victims and survivors, accused persons, and secondary survivors (friends / boyfriends / girlfriends / family / partners of survivors) . Because the incidence rate of sexual assault for those who identify as persons of color and LGBTQ+ tends to be higher, and reporting rates lower, than for other populations, some resources listed in this booklet are specific to these groups. \nThis booklet also shares the available on- and off-campus resources for support, offers guidance for understanding your rights and options, and explains the levels of confidentiality of campus staff, faculty, and certain student staff. The college will help and support you through any steps you decide to take while doing its best to protect your privacy. \nTo view Trinity’s Policy on Sexual Harassment, please visit the Office of Title IX’s website at [www.trincoll.edu/Title-IX/.](www.trincoll.edu/Title-IX/. The Title IX Coordinator can implement supportive measures regardless of whether a student chooses to partake in a resolution process or not. \n• The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership, neutrality, and centralized support for compliance with all requirements under Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 (Title IX), the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and other federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to sexual discrimination, harassment, and sexual violence. \nWHAT ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE? \nImmediate and Ongoing Assistance \nIf you have been subject to an incident of sexual harassment, you are strongly recommended to seek immediate assistance as listed below: \nHartford Police Department Trinity College Campus Safety \nEmergency, call 911 | Non-emergency line: 860-757-4000 76 Vernon Street | 860-297-2222 \n• Campus Safety may, in turn, contact the Administrator-on-Call (AOC), a college administrator who is available 24/7 . \n• Campus Safety personnel and AOCs are considered Responsible Employees who are required ","cbCaipCPKtKuu4x4","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaipCPKtKuu4x4","pdf",525595,16,"English","# Introduction\n# What Assistance is Available?\n## Immediate and Ongoing Assistance\n## What are my Rights under Title IX?\n## Definitions\n## To Whom Can I Talk?
