Specifically this was for the QREF tag that allows changing the sort order of drawings for Issued for Construction (IFC) drawing packs.  \nWe now require all IFC drawings to be loaded into and printed from RedEye for issuing.  \nOnce IFC drawings are captured in RedEye, the Construction PDF packages with unique QR codes for each drawing can be produced. This enables any project As-Built mark-ups to be automatically matched against the correct IFC drawing record when submitted back to RedEye.  \nDesigners must ensure the following while maintaining the drawing standards and processes specified in TP.AG 10.05 Issue 26 to enable Construction drawings to be captured and sorted correctly in the desired order:  \nDrawing Borders  \nAll drawings must use or be updated to either of the following drawing borders:  \n􀂷 Transpower Standard Block Rev E.3  \n􀂷 Transpower Manufacturer Block Rev E.3  \nQREF attribute tag  \n􀂷 The QREF attribute tag within Transpower’s blocks must be populated with a sequential number.  \n􀂷 Should the designer wish to add and populate their own proprietary Construction  \nblock they must still ensure the QREF attribute in the Transpower blocks are populated for all IFC drawings.  \n􀂷 The QREF attribute is used to specify the order in which drawings appear in the IFC pack.  \n􀂷 This CAD tag will be automatically be extracted to a metadata field called QUICK REFERENCE (PROJECT) when the CAD file is loaded to RedEye.  \n􀂷 The value entered for the QREF attribute should be padded with zeros or contain the same amount of characters across all drawings to ensure sequential numbers can be ordered as intended using the system’s text sort.  \nLoading IFC Drawings  \nBefore submitting the drawings to RedEye, users must ensure the following:  \n􀂷 Project CHILD artefacts have been created for all existing drawings to be modified and are assigned to the 1.2 Detailed Design – Drafting & Approval workflow.  \n􀂷 CHILD artefacts must also be checked out within the 1.2 Detailed Design – Drafting & Approval workflow.  \nAll drawings can then be submitted using the following methods:  \n􀂷 Check In – for existing Child drawings only.  \n􀂷 Upload – for new drawings only.
