I've been through depression myself—born from academic failure, family struggles and the feeling of being a burden during COVID. For almost two years, I cut off all social contact and after had to relearn how to speak, express myself and reconnect with others. It was a dark chapter but it taught me that healing begins with one small step, both brave and vulnerable. That journey also brought me closer to God after years of pushing Him away. To the elders, life was as it had always been : the church bells rang, the pigs were fed and the kava was shared. But for the teenagers, a second world existed—A wider still unknown world, where life appears perfect on screen . But nothing created by humans can ever be perfect.  \nMalia was fifteen. To her parents, she was a \"smart girl\"she wore her schoolbag with pride and helped her mother around the house. Until something shifted, they didn't see the world she lived in after midnight. They didn't seethe comments on her screen—words like \"worthless\"\"ugly\" or \"why are you still here?\" each word was a tiny drop of Blue Fog. It didn't look like a storm; it looked like a quiet, cold mist that sat on her head.
