sellthem.Everybody  \nwho wanted to cross the desert had to buya camel,because it is the only creaturethat can make such journeys.But mostpeople went to other camel sellers anddidn't bother about Abdul.And so Abdulwas a poor man.  \nOne morning,when Abdul went alongto the yard,he found that a new camelhad been born in the night.It lay curledup close to its mother,and the other  \ncamels were gathered round.When Abdulpushed his way between them he foundout why they were staring.The new babyhad...three humps!Now Abdul knewthat the world is filled with wonderfulcreatures,and that some of them lookedas if they were made as a joke.But he alsoknew that nowhere in the world wasthere ever a camel with three humps-until today!He stared with his mouthopen,then ran to tell Ima what had
