They shot arrows at them and were able to kill six of the suns.  \nThe seventh sun hid behind a hill.  \nNow with the suns gone there was darkness everywhere. The antelopes could not see the leopards, the monkeys fell out of the trees, and there was confusion all around.  \nTo 􀀠nd a way out, the animals called a meeting. The rabbit told them that one of the seven suns was still alive and hiding behind a hill.  \nBut who would be the best one among them to call out to the sun?  \n“I will call out to the sun,” said the lion, for he was the king of the forest. “Sun, sun, please do not run away from us. Come back and shine on us,” roared the lion.  \nBut the sun did not listen to the lion.  \nThe elephant called out next.
