A cross-sectional survey of 1217 parent–child dyads (ages 1–17) assessed family resilience using the Chinese Family Resilience Scale and analyzed sociodemographic effects with regression and hierarchical clustering. Three clusters were identified by parental education, family income, and primary disease type; cluster 2 showed the highest resilience and cluster 1 the lowest.
