The newspaper is designed by staff members using Microsoft Publisher 2003 and is printed by The Paducah Sun, 408 Kentucky Ave. , Paducah, Ky. 42003. Letters to the editor are to be under 250 words in length and signed by the writer. The Oak “K” reserves the right to edit all letters for placement as long as the meaning is not altered. The Oak“K” attempts to inform and entertain its readers in a broad, fair and accurate manner on all subjects that affect the audience.
