It covers key areas such as compliance-focused casework, thematic work, engagement, and outreach, and communications (EOC) . The report also includes updates on staffing and resource management. Key highlights from the report are as follows:  \n1. Compliance-Focused Case Work  \nDuring Q1, the Panel had a total of 11 cases in various stages:  \nI, Registration  \n􀂃 Registered  \n1. Uganda: Investing in Forests and Protected Areas for Climate-Smart Development Project  \n2. Mozambique: Cyclone Idai & Kenneth Emergency Recovery and Resilience Project  \n3. Serbia: Public Sector Efficiency and Green Recovery DPL  \n􀂃 Board Decision Not to Investigate  \n5. Thematic Work  \n􀂃 The Panel engaged in various thematic work during this quarter. Notably, the Panel participated in a working group on potential integration ofWBG accountability mechanisms. The working group was formed to support CODE in exploring possible pathways for such integration. With the appointment of a Task Force to continue this work, the working group shifted its focus to support the Task Force with various aspects related to its terms of reference.  \n􀂃 During this quarter, the Panel also participated in other thematic work, including the following:  \no Issuance of updated Operating Procedure,  \no IAMNet 22nd Annual Meetings in Barbados,  \no Framework Agreement between the Inspection Panel and ADB’s Compliance Review, Panel, supporting Full Mutual Reliance,  \no participation in the IAMs-Reprisal Working Group,  \no Branding exercise for Inspection Panel and DRS,  \no Case Compendium,  \no Exploration of AI in support of the Panel’s work,  \no Case Efficiency Results Monitoring.  \n3. Engagement, Outreach, and Communications (EOC)  \nDuring this quarter, the Panel was able to accomplish the following:  \no publication of Inspection Panel’s Annual Reports for FY 2023, 2024, and 2025, o served as resource person for the Civil Society Policy Forum,  \no completion of communications strategy and administrative procedure,  \no supported the Board and Task Force’s call for external input on integration,  \no refreshed its website and continued the recalibration of its Case Management System.  \n4. Staffing and Resource Management  \nFor Q2/FY26, the Panel selected and onboarded its new Research Analyst (GE) position, engaged a consultant to work on a case compendium project, and supported 4 staff members to undertake the Safe and Secure Approaches in Field Environments (SSAFE) trainings.  \nSee the attached report for detailed information on the above activities.  \nShould you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to reach out.
