Every day he walked through Bubble Hill Village, picking up tin cans, bottles, and paper. He wouldn’t throw them away!  \nBishu could make lots of new things out of the items he collected. He made a car for his toy elephant, a three-eyed monster, and an airplane.  \nBut Bishu was the only collector in Bubble Hill Village. Everyone else just threw their garbage down into Prickly Rock Valley.  \nThe valley was full of garbage and the pile was growing bigger every day. One day, Bishu woke up to a shadow looming over Bubble Hill. The garbage had grown into a huge mountain! Bishu knew something must be done, but what?  \nBishu went back to his hill to think. He started cutting and shredding, hammering, and taping things together. A new invention was coming to life. A machine that turned garbage into beautiful things!  \nBishu could put any kind of garbage into one end of the machine: straws, strings, rubber bands, anything! Then the machine would turn it into something new: a mop, a pogo stick, even sweets and chocolate!  \nBishu worked all day stuffing the machine with garbage. But did the trash mountain shrink?  \nNo! It had grown even higher than before! How could this be?  \nBishu realized that the villagers were putting so much garbage into the valley every day that he would never be able to clean it upon his own . He needed their help to make a difference .  \nSo he set off to talk to the villagers and show them his machine.  \nOn the way down the hill, he met some people going to throw their garbage in the valley. He stopped and spoke to them.”Don’t throw your garbage in the valley. It’s full!”  \nMr. Caker the baker replied,”Then where shall I throw it, under my bed?”  \n”I suppose I’ll have to throw it in my drawers instead,” added Mr. Redwood the carpenter.”Can I put some of mine under your bed and in your drawers?” asked Mrs. Noura .  \nBishu quietly laughed and offered another idea.”Well, you can throw them in my machine! You’ll be amazed at the wonders you’ll receive.”  \nBut they were not interested.”Get out of our way,” they said as they shoved past Bishu. ”And take this thing with you. Your machine is of no use to us .”  \nOutraged, Bishu squeezed his knuckles until they turned white.
