It denies all students from access to their phones every day. As soon as students arrive to school they are to put their phones in their locker immediately, and they are not allowed to take them out until the end of the day under any circumstances. If a student needs to call home because of illness or an emergency situation, they must go to the office and  \nuse the phone in there.  \nAlmost all staff members in the district agree that this policy will better the academics of the school district, and allow students to socialize more during school. The staff members believe that there is no need for any technology other than chrome books within the classroom. If a student is found with their cell phone on them while in school, there will be three separate offenses given to them for each time they are found with it.  \nThe offenses go as follows: First offense-the phone will be returned to the student at the end of the day in the main office. Second offense a parent must pick up the phone from the main office. Third offense - the phone must be turned in to the office before every school day. These offenses have made most students scared to take their phones into class.  \nThe Cinderella Ball  \nBy Ila Klick  \nThis year’s Cinderella Ball’s theme was “Christmas Comes Early!” The hallways were lined with balloon art, snowflakes, Christmas trees, and presents. Approximately 253 little princesses attended the 2019 Cinderella Ball. At the ball, there were  \nSofia the First, Tinkerbell, Peter Pan, the Fairy Godmother, and the Elf on the Shelf. At the end of the evening, Little Miss Cinderella was crowned; this year it was fourth grader, Aeriana Quinteros. Thank you, Fairless yearbook for putting on an exciting night for our young Fairless Falcons.  \nmany things for the girls to do. There was fun dancing in the gym with all of the different princesand princesses, a beaded wreath craft, and pictures with Lifetouch. The girls could buy items from the trinket table featuring items like glass slippers, and scrunchies. The refreshment table had delicious cookies to eat and punch to drink, while doing wordfinds and coloring pages. There were fifty-one featured raffle baskets, and a memento that featured reindeer ears and a stocking.
