This is a worldwide system for sending and receiving electronic messages from one comuputer to another. I use e-mailto send messages like this:  \nI use e-mail because it is much faster,economical and convienient way of sending messages to family,friends and colleagues than the old-fashioned mail. I jokingly call'snail mail'. With 'snail mail' a message or letter is sent to the recipient through the post office and takes days or weeks before reaching the destination. An e-mail message can travel around the world in seconds.  \nFor one to be able to communicate using email,he or she should have a computer. This is where he or she will send or recieve the e-mail messages.  \nOne should also have an email address and that of the reciever. In addition ,there should be an internet Service Provider(ISP) company. This company will deliver themeassage to the reciever. Finally,there should be an e-mail programme that you send,recieve and manage your e-mail messages,for example, Microsoft Outlook.  \nOnce you send an email,it travels from your computer, through a modem,which connects your computer to the internet via telephone network. The mail travels through various computers,until it reaches the final destination. An e-mail address consists of two parts separated by the @ symbol. If your email address is [chilala@yahoo.com](chilala@yahoo.com),the first parts refer to the person's identity,in this case, chilala.  \nThe second part following the \"@\" symbol is usually made up of two or three subparts to further identify the indiviudual,organisation or ISP.  \n1.
