This study empirically tests how professional commitment, moral courage, idealism, and altruistic values shape employees’ intention to perform whistleblowing regarding bank fraud. Quantitative questionnaire data are analyzed using path analysis with WarpPLS on employees of national private banks operating in Surabaya. Findings indicate significant effects of professional commitment, moral courage, and idealism, while altruistic values show no significant influence.
