This study is qualitative research based \non a phenomenological model. Researchers collected data through the semi-structured interview \nmethod. The study group was determined by a maximum variation sampling and composed of 13 \nteachers working in the province of Şanlıurfa, Turkey. Researchers analyzed the data using the \ncontent analysis method. The research found that school principals as constructivist leaders \ncontributed to their schools‘ organizational change. These contributions are collected under six \ncategories: learning and teaching, sharing leadership, communication and interaction, a safe \nschool environment, encouragement, and strategic planning. This paper makes two contributions \nto extant literature on this topic. Firstly, this paper facilitates the understanding of constructive \nleadership roles among principals. Secondly, this paper helps us determine the contributions of \nschool principals as constructive leaders to the organizational change in their school, thus \ncontributing to a better understanding of school leadership. \nKeywords: Constructivist leadership, Constructivist learning approach, Organizational change, Principal, School improvement, Sharing leadership. \nContribution/Acknowledgement: Both authors contributed to the conception and design of the study. \nFunding: This study received no specific financial support. \nCompeting Interests: The authors declare that they have no conflict of interests. \nTransparency: The authors confirm that the manuscript is an honest, accurate, and transparent account of the study was reported; that no vital features of the study have been omitted; and that any discrepancies from the study as planned have been explained. \nEthical: This study follows all ethical practices during writing. \nContents \nError!
