Following the Pchum Ben festival, the characters are dismayed by the excessive trash surrounding their school and pagoda, which hinders their study time. Piggy, a resourceful protagonist, devises a plan and recruits his friends, Frog and Cricket, to address the pollution. Their mission takes a dramatic turn when, while crossing a bridge, they encounter a mysterious thrashing in the water, accompanied by a frightening, giant plastic head. This encounter instills fear, causing Frog to cling to Piggy's nose and Cricket to momentarily fall back into the water in panic. However, their fear turns to concern when they hear a distressed voice pleading for help, struggling to breathe due to plastic entanglement. Piggy, demonstrating bravery and compassion, insists on investigating despite Frog and Cricket's apprehension. He bravely approaches the source of the cry and discovers their classmate, Green Snake, trapped by plastic bags. Piggy rallies his friends to assist, and together they successfully remove the bags, freeing Green Snake. The story emphasizes the dangers of plastic pollution and highlights the importance of courage, friendship, and proactive environmental action. It serves as an engaging narrative for young readers, promoting awareness about littering and its impact on wildlife and ecosystems, while also celebrating the power of collective problem-solving and empathy in overcoming environmental challenges. The story's resolution underscores the idea that even small acts of kindness and environmental stewardship can make a significant difference.","The Cleanup Crew Kong Sok Keng \nLom Phireak \nPchum Ben has ended.
