The study highlights significant obstacles related to teachers' limited knowledge of CLT, insufficient access to target language culture, and severe time constraints for material development due to heavy workloads. On the students' side, low confidence in English and a lack of willingness to participate in class activities are identified as key challenges. The findings underscore the need for comprehensive support systems, including professional development in CLT methodologies, provision of cultural resources, and workload management for teachers.
