eternal Allness consists of Principle,(prin-ceps,firstness undifferentiate from lastness).It is theUniversal in which the Alpha and Omega of things areidentical.It is the Oneness from which all appercepts of Allness are also called Prin-ciples.They are numerous but are not essential to  \nthe triunity.In varying degrees they qualify Actuali-ties.The Principle of Perfection is one of such.  \nIII.  \nPerfection is a quality possessed by createdthings(creatures)in widely variant degrees.It con-sists of a correct adjustment of the relativities that existeither between things,or the parts of things;and it can-not transcend the bounds of creation.Wherever pres-ent or absent it betrays the presence or lack of thePrinciple of Perfection in the creator.  \nIV.  \nEntropy is the transmutation of Latency to Actu-ality;of Potential and Spontaneity to Force.The termwas first used by Celsius to designate a particularchange occurring in Thermodynamics,viz.,the conver-sion of heat potential to mechanical dynamic;but theword exactly fits a meaning too broad for it to be re-stricted to a specialty.The Spontaneity modal whichentropizes with the Potential determines the characterof
