They welcomed the Program’s emphasis on strengthening linkages between training institutions, firms, and sector investments. They noted the relevance of aligning skills development with demand in key sectors such as energy, construction, transport, mining, tourism, ICT, and agro-processing. They highlighted the Program’s emphasis on resultsbased financing, and gender inclusion, as well as its focus on strengthening institutional capacity within local systems.  \nDirectors acknowledged the risks associated with the current country context, including political, fiduciary, and environmental and social risks. They underscored the importance of robust verification mechanisms in the implementation of the Program Action Plan and of continued close supervision to mitigate risks, while ensuring strengthened
