It shows a few shops, a jail, a shrine, the village hall and the names of a few important people, but that's all! What if a DM wants to run more adventures in Oakhurst, or the players want to hire someone to help them on their quest? What do you do then? This \nsupplement aims to provide you with more information about Oakhurst, including a map. All maps were made with[inkarnate.com](inkarnate.com) \n1 \nPART 1 | INTRODUCTION \nThis section describes the three main shops in Oakhurst. \nThe general store is Oakhurst's main supply store. It has three of each tool and adventuring gear item listed in the Player 's Handbook. It is run by Kerowyn Hucrele, a neutral good female human noble. Kerowyn generally gives outsiders the benefit of the doubt, but if someone is especially suspicious(including player characters), she may ask some questions to make sure that they aren't going to do anything that will harm Oakhurst. Here is a map of the general store: \nThe blacksmith shop is run by Rurik Lutgehr, a neutral male dwarf commoner. Rurik has a gruff personality and is more suspicious toward outsiders than Kerowyn or Garon. The shop sells one of each weapon in the Player 's Handbook and one of each armor that costs less than 200 gp in the Player 's Handbook. Here is a map of the blacksmith shop: \nThe Ol' Boar Inn is run by a cheerful, chaotic good male human commoner named Garon. He is always kind to outsiders and locals alike. The Ol' Boar Inn is a modestcomfortable inn regarding its rooms and the food served there. Here is a map of the Ol' Boar Inn: \nPART 2 | OAKHURST SHOPS 2 \nThis section describes the non-shop buildings in Oakhurst, as well as a generic house. \nThe village hall is the center of government in Oakhurst, with Vurnor Leng serving as mayor. Mayor Vernor Leng is a lawful good male human noble, and acts much the same as Kerowyn in the general store. Here is a map of the village hall: \nThe village shrine is staffed by 3 acolytes and Dem \"Corkie\"Nackle, a neutral female rock gnome priest of Pelor. She has the same disposition as Garon in the Ol' Boar Inn, and she gives advice to all who need it. Healing is also offered at the shrine, as is information about Oakhurst. Here is a map of the shrine: \nOakhurst's jail is located next to the village hall. At any time, there are 1d4+1 thugs imprisoned here. The constable of Oakhurst is a lawful neutral female half-elf veteran named Felsoial. She commands a force of sixteen guards and 4 scouts. She is usually suspicious toward outsiders but the suspicion can be diffused with a DC 10 Charisma check. Here is a map of the jail: \nHere is a map of a generic house in Oakhurst: \n3 \nPART 3 | OTHER BUILDINGS","cbCaihoLO0Itndtf","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaihoLO0Itndtf","pdf",4233665,"English","# Part 1 | Introduction\n## Three main shops in Oakhurst\n# Part 2 | Oakhurst Shops\n## Non-shop buildings in Oakhurst and a generic house\n# Part 3 | Other Buildings","[{\"question\":\"What does the supplement add to Oakhurst compared with Chapter 1?\",\"answer\":\"It adds more detailed information for adventure use, including mapped layouts, descriptions of important people, and guidance for common scenarios like hiring help or exploring locations.\"},{\"question\":\"Who runs the three main shops in Oakhurst?\",\"answer\":\"Kerowyn Hucrele runs the general store, Rurik Lutgehr runs the blacksmith shop, and Garon runs the Ol' Boar Inn.\"},{\"question\":\"What are the key details for Oakhurst’s jail and its staff?\",\"answer\":\"The jail is next to the village hall and contains 1d4+1 thugs at any time, while the constable Felsoial commands sixteen guards and 4 scouts; suspicion can be diffused with a DC 10 Charisma check.\"}]","Tales from the Yawning Portal - Part 1 - Introduction | PDF",1791293509]
