They acknowledged the significant resource commitment to the Rogun HPP and urged management to make sure the project deliverson broad-based development impact. They expressed support for the selectivity in the CPF and stressed the importance of jobs through human development and skills with a focus on female labor force participation.  \nDirectors highlighted the importance of prioritizing support to unlock private investment through business enabling reforms, improved service delivery, and creation of more and better jobs, particularly for women and youth. They called for more explicit linkages with the CCDR and integration of the recommendations in promoting clean energy. They inquired about efforts in addressing debt distress, gender equality, job creation, fiscal and SOE reforms, trade facilitation, and governance challenges.  \nDirectors recognized the transformational potential of the Rogun Hydropower Plant project for Tajikistan and the region.
