This set of bookshelf speakers was dreamed up by designer Ross Lovegrove, and its soft, swooping aesthetic and grooved back panels make it an eye-catching addition to any living room. Kef also claims the “low-diffraction”visual style helps enable “a purer sound experience, with sharper clarity and deeper bass”. On the inside is a 12th-generation 6. 5-inch Uni-Q driver array with advanced Metamaterial Absorption Technology, which to the rest of us means “a wider sweet spot and minimal distortion” that banishes unwanted sound interference. The LS Luxe also boasts improved bass accuracy and is Kef’s first speaker with Velocity Control Technology that monitors the driver and corrects movement inconsistencies. It’s rounded out by support for multi-room audio, lossless 24-bit/384kHz audio formats and a range of digital and analogue connections. There’s a lot on offer here, whether you’re enjoying its acoustic output or simply taking in its rounded curves. \n£3,500, [kef.com](kef.com) \nSHOWSTOPPER \nGadgets that showcase the very best that design and technology have to offer \n© KEF \nOCTO B ER 2026 T3 3 \nMeet the team \nMeet the team \nNICK ODANTZIS Editor \nRIK HENDERSON News Editor \nMIKE LOWE Tech Editor \nLIZZIE WILMOT Senior Staff Writer \nMICHELLE McLAREN Art Editor \nMAT GALLAGHER Editor In Chief, [T3.com](T3.com) \nBETH MORGAN Home Editor \nHENRY WINCHESTER Contributor \nMARC CHACKSFIELD Content Director \nMATT KOLLAT Active Editor \nMAX FREEMAN-MILLS Staff Writer \nIAN EVENDEN Production Editor \nSUBSCRIBE \nGet this magazine for half its shop price! \nSUBSCRIBE TODAY AND SAVE! \n[magazinesdirect.com/TTT/DN22P](magazinesdirect.com/TTT/DN22P) \n4 T3 OCTO B ER 2026 \nMEET OUR ADVERTISING TEAM \nGet in touch to see what T3 can do foryour brand! \nACCOUNT MANAGER \nCHARLOTTE BECKETT \n[charlotte.beckett@futurenet.com](charlotte.beckett@futurenet.com) \nADVERTISING DIRECTOR \nSASHA McGREGOR \n[sasha.mcgregor@futurenet.com](sasha.mcgregor@futurenet.com) \nTHE GLOBAL MAGAZINE \nT3 is currently licensed worldwide, from Australia to Mexico \nHOW TO LICENSE T3 \nT3 is available for licensing and syndication. The iPhone Duo \n– because iPhone Fold would have been too obvious, and sound too similar to other folding phones already in the game – is the Apple revelation that I really didn’t think would ever happen, even though I knew it had to. \nEach year, the latest phone – whether it’s from Apple, Samsung or Google – has become an incremental step forward, just enough of an improvement to keep the upgrade cycle ticking over, but not all that inspiring. Modern folding phones, divisive though they may be, have broken the mould, and feel genuinely special in away that regular phones aren’t any more. \nAlthough I am glad that Apple has jumped on the folding bandwagon, I expected something slightly more extraordinary, in the same way the first iPhone was when it came out nearly two decades ago.
