I genuinely hope you enjoy it, but if you don’t, that's okay too. \nBefore you continue, there are a few things I would like to address. \nThis book is written in a style that may be unfamiliar to some people. The characters break the fourth wall and use past and present tense interchangeably. It's written like that on purpose. It is NOT an error. These characters, the way they act, narrate, and speak, are heavily influenced by me, the people around me, and experiences from my life. The characters use slang, curse a lot, and sometimes use \"incorrect\" grammar. 98% of my characters are BIPOC and from Southern Louisiana. It's where I was born and raised. It's what I know, so it's what I write. \nAlso, I only write slice-of-life style fiction, whether YA or Adult fiction. You will almost never find one central plot in my books. It's always a series of life events featuring many ups and downs and conflicts and resolutions. This means yes, sometimes the stories are all over the place, but so is life, you know? \nIf those are things that you can't read or don't want to read, then this book isn't for you. \nAlso, the character descriptions are not meant for you to memorize. It's more of a reference to refer back to as you read. \nAnyway, thanks again for checking out this story. \nHave a nice day! \n– Aricka A. \n[OceanofPDF.com](OceanofPDF.com) \nContent Warning: This book is intended for readers aged 18 and older and contains a heavy amount of profanity.
