(Design Aptitude Test) . NMIMS-DAT (NMIMS-DAT comprises of;  \n1. Studio Test (Offline)  \n2. Personal Interview (Offline)  \n3. Submission of Portfolio – hardcopy. (to be presented to Personal interview panel as soon as the candidate is directed to Personal Interview room)  \nOnly those candidates who go through all the three steps given above will be eligible and considered for the merit list:  \nCandidate can choose/ select the preferred date to attend NMIMS-DAT in the registration form. Once date is selected, it cannot be changed. Hence, select the date carefully.  \nPlease note: Candidates who have appeared and cleared the UCEED Exam and have a valid UCEED score card by the registration end date, will be exempted (excused) to appear for the Studio test conducted by NMIMS. However, such candidates will have to submit the portfolio and appear for Personal interview as per important dates.  \nDuration: B. Des. (Humanising Technology)– 4 Years Full time program.  \n4. Eligibility criteria for admission (Fulfilling all / applicable conditions mandatory)  \n4.1 The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination including International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB certificate / & D. P. awarded candidates are eligible only if they have cleared their IB exam with total of 24 credits compulsory having passed 3 HL & 3 SL mandatorilyin any stream from a recognized Board and should have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.  \n4.2 Candidates of CBSE, ICSE, should mention in the online registration / e-admission form (if selected) 10+2 or equivalent aggregate marks of all the subjects for which the candidate has taken & appeared for (not best of four, five, six or seven) . The candidateshall have passed all the subjects taken & appeared for in the applicable examination/s. The aggregate percentage of all subjects for which the candidate has taken & appeared will be taken into consideration for confirming eligibility of the candidate for the program at the time of admission.  \n4.3 In case, mark sheet issued by the applicable Board / Institution is in percentile/s, the actual aggregate percentage of all the subjects appeared by the candidate will be taken into consideration.  \n4.4 Candidates above 25 years of age are not eligible to apply.  \n4.5 For IB & Cambridge Candidate:  \nCandidates who are called for admission on the basis of merit list & if they do not have their 10+2 or equivalent examination mark sheets, will be given “Provisional Admission” based on predicted scores.
