Due to need for affordable summer housing, there are 4 scholarships that are made available to international students. Please note that this award is only available to students and does not provide housing for dependents (spouse/children) . To apply, please submit this application along with any additional statements addressing the questions on this application.  \nIf you are selected, you will receive a free of charge accommodation in Buenger Hall (shared room) for Summer 2019. The accommodation dates are May 19th thru August 10th but further arrangements can be made to accommodate your housing needs transitioning into fall housing if you continue to live on campus. If you were awarded the scholarship and you do not plan to continue living on campus in the fall, you must make arrangements to MOVE OUT by end of business day August 10th. Applications are due no later than Monday, April 1st and all applicants will be notified of the award committee’s decision by April 10th.  \nEligibility Criteria  \n1) Must be a continuing student (graduating summer or later) and eligible to enroll for the next available term.  \n2) Must be in valid F-1 or J-1 visa status.  \n3) Must be in good academic status (GPA of 2.0 or higher) and must not have any Holds.  \n4) Must be able to demonstrate financial need and plan to pay off tuition and living expenses beyond the summer.  \n5) Please submit a complete application along with any additional evidences or statements by April 1st.  \nIf You Were Awarded A Summer Housing Scholarship, Please Read the Following:  \n1) REQUIRED Check-In Meeting: You are required to check-in with Residence Life & CIE staff scheduled for the end of June at the CIE.
