In an eƦort to keep you sharp and to prepare you for the rigor of AP LANG, you do have a relatively short, straightforward summer reading assignment. This assignment is useful for multiple reasons. First, it gets you reading and thinking critically about what you are reading, which is the majority of what we will do in AP LANG. Second, you could potentially be able to use this book when answering Free Response Question \\#3 on the AP LANG exam come May.  \nThere will be three parts to complete after reading the book. All parts will be a grade.  \nPart \\#1-complete SPACECAT, bring a hard copy IN PEN (blue or black ink) with you on the first day of school.  \n\n| S | SPEAKER: Who is the speaker/writer?
