For definitions of MM3-MM7: Modified Monash Model (MMM) Suburb and Locality Classification – Home Care Subsidy | Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.  \nSELECTION CRITERIA  \n> Outline future plans and ambitions, including career goals, relevant to the field of occupational therapy, in particular, the mental health sector.  \n> Outline your future plans and ambitious to support the remote and very remote occupational therapy practice.  \nSubsidy Terms and Conditions  \nPAYMENT OF BENEFITS  \n> Each recipient will be paid by electronic funds transfer to their nominated bank account.  \n> Payment will be made following confirmation from the Faculty that the recipient has satisfied both conditions:  \no Passed the coursework requirements for the unit that the placement corresponds to and  \no Have completed a remote placement that meets the eligible criteria for this scholarship  \n> Payments are subject to the recipient satisfying ongoing eligibility criteria as outlined in this document.  \n> Payment will be made one(1) week before the start of an eligible placement, or three (3) weeks after a subsidy application is submitted, whichever occurs later.  \nDURATION  \nThe duration of the subsidy is one (1) semester or when one of the following is true:  \n> The maximum subsidy value has been exhausted;> The student has completed their course of study;  \n> The student no longer meets the ongoing eligibility of the subsidy.  \nSELECTION  \nOBLIGATIONS AND CONDITIONS:  \n> The recipient must continue to be enrolled in the required study load in the course under which the Subsidy was granted at CDU.  \n> The offer of the Subsidy is made subject to information provided by the recipient being true and accurate.  \n> By accepting the offer of the Subsidy, each recipient agrees to the Subsidy Terms and Conditions.  \n> The recipient is responsible for advising the lecturer of their relevant course of any changes in circumstances that would make them ineligible for continuation of the subsidy, e.g. terminating placements.  \nTERMINATION/RETURN OF SUBSIDY  \nThe Subsidy will need to be returned:  \n> If the recipient ceases to meet the eligibility criteria, or  \n> If the recipient withdraws from their unit; or  \n> If the recipient does not complete the required placement hours as reflected in OCC514 and/or OCC516 unit outline; or  \n> If the recipient breaches any conditions of the Scholarship; or  \n> If CDU determines that the student is guilty of serious misconduct.  \nSelection and awarding will take place when suitable nominations are received.
