The airport is unregulated for noise and thereis no night time curfew.  \nAfter the covid response -BAC has gone into full swing operations now. And it has become apparent they intended all along to send planes directly over the community 24hrs a day.  \nIn these past 2 years or so since the flight path and runway changes. I have lived with all the windows and doors closed I have been disturbed from rest and sleep. Particularly the flights at  \n9 .30pm, 11pm, 12am, 1am, 3am, 5am ... and then the day begins again  \n- all day flights incoming and outgoing. Even noted public holidays such as Christmas day.. there was no respite.  \nIt's either one or the other , incoming or outgoing.. but never do BAC flight both incoming and outgoing over the bay.  \nI am already a retired disability pensioner afflicted with multiple health issues. The continual low flying planes has affected my sleep, my peace and well being. It has created anxiety, anger, frustration and despair. Hopelessness!  \nI feel powerless even though I have sent endless complaints to BAC mostly without response or reply. To ASA again with no reposnse or reply. To federal State and Local governments.  \nI live in public housing and feel very fortunate and grateful for the home I have been given. I have grown to love my unit. I couldn't imagine trying to find an equivalent anywhere in Brisbane. And why should the citizens and community be forced into a position where that idea even becomes a serious option. Move or live inconstant disturbance.  \nNever was the community consultation transparent or honest. BAChave lied and deceived the public. They are a corporation who's only goal is to make money.  \nPlease let's find a legitimate middle ground. Let's hold BAC and ASA accountable and responsible for what they have done and are doing. Let's put the communities health and well being above profits.  \nLet's find mutual alternatives.. maybe we change the runway direction. Put a night curfew in place. Regulate this airport. More community consultation.
