Should the student withdrawal from our session prior to the completion of the course, a refund will be pro-rated as follows: Classroom hours will be refunded at a rate of $8.00 per hour; Behind the Wheel hours will be refunded at a rate of $ 16.00 per hour.  \nLEGISLATIVE CHANGES: The student and/or parent acknowledge that no refunds will be provided should the State of Maryland ever change the licensing requirements of the Driver Education curriculum and the student and/or parent voluntarily elect not to complete their behind the wheel lessons as originally purchased.  \nASSIGNMENT OF RECORDS: Should there ever be any change in corporate ownership or sale of the driving school, the student / parent authorizes the transfer of all student records to any new owner(s), corporation or other business entity without further notification.
