for significant transfers of real resources to developing countrieshas never been more critical.The OPEC Fund is steadfast in its commitment to this cause,with a strategicfocus on scaling up resources,fostering partnerships,responding to the climate emergency,and enhancinginstitutional capacity and financial sustainability.  \n# Scaling Up Development Support through Real Resource Transfers\n\nThe OPEC Fund has committed to scaling up its development financing to meet these challenges head-on.Over the next six years,we aim to deploy US$20 billion—an amount almost equal to what we havedelivered in our entire 48-year history.This unprecedented scale of resource deployment is a reflection ofour belief in the need for real resource transfers to developing countries,especially in the face of themounting threats posed by climate change,increased indebtedness,and socio-economic instability.  \nSome of the OPEC Fund's real resource transfers include scaling up access to low-interest loans and grants,with funds directed towards critical areas where returns on investment in human development are highest.Our efforts to build Public-Private Partnerships have expanded by leveraging our financial assets to unlockprivate capital for infrastructure,renewable energy and other key projects.  \nOverall,our real resources will be directed to critical areas such as climate adaptation,infrastructuredevelopment,and poverty alleviation-in both the public and private sectors.Our goal is to supportdeveloping nations in their efforts to recover from the current polycrisis and cooperationagreements with the World Bank,International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD),World FoodProgramme(WFP),and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank(AIIB),with others in the pipeline.Thesepartnerships are designed to leverage additional resources and co-financing opportunities,ensuring that ourpartner countries receive the support they need to achieve their development goals.  \nAdditionally,as a part of the Arab Coordination Group,we continue to take collective action,highlightingthat the Global South is scaling up its support for the provision of global public
