Reader acknowledges that he/she has received a complete copy of this Reader Agreement and complete copies of the current SSAT Manuals.  \n3. Reader understands and acknowledges that all Readers must meet the following requirements to be approved by EMA and participate in SSAT testing:  \na. Prior to participating in an administration ofthe SSAT administered at the Test Center during the time period August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020 (the “Testing Year”), Readers must execute and submit the Reader Agreement to the Test Center Administrator.  \nb. Prior to participating in the administration of any SSAT, Readers must meet with the Test Center Administrator for the applicable Test Center to receive and participate in training about the policies and procedures that apply to Readers for the SSAT.  \nc. Readers must meet all of the following additional requirements:  \n1. Readers shall be at least 18 years of age and must be lawful citizens or permanent residents of the sovereign nation where the Test Center is located, or persons otherwise lawfully permitted to work pursuant to the laws of the jurisdiction where the Test Center is located.  \n2. Readers shall not participate in the administration ofthe SSAT for any student to whom they are related by blood, adoption or marriage, or with whom they reside.  \n3. Readers shall not participate in the administration ofthe SSAT for any student for whom they have provided tutoring or test preparation services in relation to the SSAT.  \n4. Readers shall not participate in the administration ofthe SSAT for any student for whom they coach in any athletic activity or with whom they participate in any athletic or extracurricular activity.  \n4. Reader represents and warrants that he/she presently meets all of the qualifications of Proctors set forth above and that he/she will immediately notify EMA of any change in circumstances that may cause him/her to no longer meet the required qualifications of Readers.  \n5. Reader shall immediately notify the TCA (Test Center Administrator) for  (Name of Organization) upon determining that he/she will not be available to fulfill any of his/her responsibilities as a Reader prior to the administration of an SSAT in which he/she is scheduled to participate.  \n6.
