We have a lot that I want to get to, but if you would just start with your career and how you got started in, I think it was the Wirehouse Channel. So , maybe just talk about your career for a moment.  \nKurt Cornfield: Yeah, as of this coming January, it'll be 40 years ago that I started with what was then known as Dean Witter Reynolds, about a year after I left there. So , I spent almost 11 years with Dean Witter. It was merged with Morgan Stanley.  \nSo , when I'm with my students now, I don't tell them I went to work for Dean Witter because they wouldn't know that name.
