You can modify how those grades are displayed as the school year progresses. Grades can be displayed by the grading period, by the semester, or by the year. GPA and class rank can also be displayed as well.  \nGrading Cycle Display Options  \nIn the picture below, on the first two grading cycles are displayed. If you want to add more, simply click on the “Display Options” button.  \nA screen will pop up that looks like this:  \nSimply choose the display option you want: “View All Terms,” Show Current Term Only,” or“Show Previous and Current Terms Only.”  \nThe cycles are labeled as follows:  \n􀁸 PR1 = Progress Report Cycle 1  \n􀁸 CZ1 = Citizenship Grade Cycle 1  \n􀁸 CY1 = Cycle 1 Grade  \nThe number will change with the grading cycle.
