This feature can only be disabled to allow for use of online accommodations tools. \n􀀀 Review and practice How to Proctor with a Video Chat Service Reader Script (see below) \n􀀀 Use your ACCUPLACER Demo site to administer mock exams with your Zoom account prior to testing students. \n􀀀 Stay organized. It is recommended that you create a chart to use when testing that includes date, time, student name, breakout room number, and number of sheets of scratch paper being used. \nOn Test Day \n􀀀 Assign students to individual breakout rooms. Record student name, room number, and the number of blank sheets of scratch paper they possess, on your chart. \n􀀀 Verify student’s identity. Ask student to provide their full name and place their ID next to their face within the camera frame. Refer to Program Manual for a list of acceptable IDs. \n􀀀 Ask student to: \n􀀀 use their web camera to show that they are alone in a testing room (preferably with a closed door) and that their testing area is free of all prohibited items. The testing area must be clear of anything other than a single-monitor computer, mouse, keyboard, writing instruments, and an adequate amount of blank scratch paper. \n􀀀 show you a 360 view of their testing space that includes the ceiling, floor, and under their table/desk, to make sure there are no prohibited materials or other people in the immediate area. \n􀀀 show the surface of their work area and under their keyboard/mouse (if applicable) . Look for prohibited items. \n􀀀 hold up each piece of scratch paper. Review the front and back of each to ensure they are completely blank. Refer to Program Manual for complete list of unauthorized items. If the environment is not secure, inform students they will not be permitted to test. \nDue to the current situation, it may unavoidable for a student to test in an isolated room,(although it is preferred that they test in a room with 4 walls) . Someone entering (and then quickly leaving) the screen may occur. If this occurs, conduct another room scan and use your best judgement to determine if the testing environment is secure and if the addition of people in the room warrants the rescheduling or termination of the test. If it appears that someone is speaking with the student or if they keep looking away from their monitor, you may want to consider ending the test session and rescheduling the test. \n􀀀 Alert students they cannot leave the room during the testing session. \n􀀀 Advise student to use the Chat function to communicate with you if they have questions or when they have completed testing. \n􀀀 Watch for suspicious activity (e.g., suspicious eye movement, moving out of camera frame or cellphone glow in glasses and/or mirrors) . Interrupt test session if questionable activity occurs, or if there are room interruptions, and conduct another room scan to ensure that the testing environment is secure. If egregious testing behavior occurs (e.g., use of cell phones, notes), STOP and end the test session and invalidate the test, if appropriate. \n􀀀 Require students to tear up their scratch paper into small pieces in front of the camera once testing is complete. The number of sheets should match the number noted at the beginning of the test session.","cbCaiuxgUwlgAyBd","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiuxgUwlgAyBd","pdf",101597,"English","# Before Test Day\n## On Test Day","[{\"question\":\"What must be confirmed on the ACCUPLACER platform before testing begins?\",\"answer\":\"Confirm that the Test Session Lockout feature under Test Settings is enabled.
