since 1946,hewas elected to LifeMembership in1956.He served asa Quarterly Chair-man in 1969,waselected to theBoard of Governorsin 1970,and wasChairman of theExecutive Commit-tee in 1972.  \nVERNON L 00ODIN  \nGoodin received his B.A.from the Uni-versity of California in 1937,and obtainedhis J.D.degree from that same institu-tion's Boalt Hall School of Law in 1940.  \nA member of the San Francisco,Cali-fornia and American Bar Associations,Goodin has been a trial attorney for Bron-son,Bronson and McKinnon since 1951.His career includes work as a SpecialAgent for the Federal Bureau of Investi-gation in South America and the UnitedStates,and Deputy District Attorney forAlameda County.  \nThe Vice President elect is Donald P.Krotz,a member of the Club since 1946.He was elected to Life Membership in1948 and was Chairman of the Club's  \nStudy Section on Pollution and WasteDiaposal(now called Environment)from1967 to 1970.  \nKrotz earned his B.S.from StanfordUniversity in 1926.Between 1926 and1946,he was associated with Standard OilCompany of California,and then from1946 to 1970 with the Chevron ResearchCompany in San Francisco.  \nSince 1970 he has been retired,but farfrom inactive.He has been Director andPresident of Industrial Research Insti-tute,Inc.,a Member of the Orinda Plan-ning Commission,and a Member of theExecutive Committee of the Northern Cal-ifornia Industry-Education Council,toname but a few of his activities.Appoint-ed by Wilson Riles,Krotz is presentlyState Coordinator for Industry-Education-Labor.  \nHe has been amember of theClub's Board
