Thestory takes place in Spain, where a richman named Alonso Quixano, havingread many tales about heroic knights,convinces himself that he is a realknight. He takes the name Don Quixoteand goes on an adventurous quest withhis companion, Sancho Panza. DonQuixote believes the escapades arethrilling and enchanting, when in factthey are all figments of his imagination.  \nOur heroic Don Quixote stands stifflyat attention as if on the lookout forimaginary people to rescue or giantsto attack. The blade of his sword islong and bendy.
