schools,warning that rising incidents ofviolence among students reflect-ed a failure to impart knowledgeand moral guidance.  \nHe said schools—once regard-ed as safe sanctuaries for learn-ing and character formation —were increasingly witnessing actsof aggression,bullying,sexual as-sault and murder involving mi-nors.  \n\"These incidents revealthe fail-ure of education to fulfil its rolein instilling human values,re-sulting in emotional crises andpsychological distress.  \n“Schools,which should be thesafest havens for children,are  \nnow exposed to environmentsthat threaten their security,\"hesaid at the 2025 National Integri-ty Celebration,themed \"Integrityas the Cornerstone of NationalProsperity”at Bangunan PerakDarul Ridzuan here yesterday.  \nPresent were Menteri
