PSAT™ 10 and other assessments offered in spring are also available for ordering but won’t be available for registration until spring 2027. \nThis guide is mainly intended for use by district and/or school staff whose primary role in the test administration is in the registration process. Test coordinators can also find this information in their Test Coordinator Manual. \nThis guide outlines the tasks involved and who on your staff needs to complete them. \nOnce tests are ordered, and the registration window is open, the data coordinator will upload student data to an online registration roster in SSOR, which will be used by each school’s test coordinator and Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) coordinator to: \n• Validate the data uploaded. \n• Confirm accommodations are applied for students who are approved for them. \n• Make data corrections as needed. \n• Register students for testing. \nGranting Access to SSOR \nEnabling Colleagues to Order Tests, Upload Data, and Register Students \nIf you haven’t used SSOR before, read this section carefully to help you plan for managing access to SSOR at your district or school. If you tested in the 2025-26 school year, you may still need to add new staff to cover these roles and responsibilities. \nBoth schools and districts may be responsible for the following: \n• Ordering tests \n• Reviewing and updating school contact information in SSOR to ensure the right staff members receive timely communications and access to Test Day Toolkit \n• Uploading student test registration data \n• Validating uploaded student test registration data and registering students to test Some tests may not be available to order if the assessments are required as part of a state’s testing program. Test coordinators are responsible for reviewing and confirming that the \nuploaded registration data is accurate for all test takers for their location, including away students (students who don’t attend the school administering the test or who are homeschooled). Once this validation is complete, the test coordinator may register the students. \nIMPORTANT: These activities can’t take place without the roles being assigned in the Managing Access tool. For more information about managing access, [see](see satsuite.collegeboard.org/help-center/ssor/accessing)[ satsuite.collegeboard.org/help-center/ssor/accessing](see satsuite.collegeboard.org/help-center/ssor/accessing). \nREMINDER: SAT School Day is only available to order for U.S. schools and districts. \nFall 2026 SAT Suite of Assessments Registration Guide For Districts and Schools 1 \nStaff members are assigned the following roles by the SSOR access manager to support ordering and/or registration activities in SSOR. Staff can be assigned more than 1 role. \nEvery school and district should have all roles assigned. \n• SAT Suite ordering role: Staff with this role can place and manage test orders for the SAT Suite in SSOR and also update contact info","cbCaiewZ5HdWnmdo","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiewZ5HdWnmdo","pdf",1864897,23,"English","# Introduction to the Registration Process\n## Granting Access to SSOR\n## Enabling Colleagues to Order Tests, Upload Data, and Register Students\n## Registration Overview\n## Uploading Test Taker Data to SSOR (Step 1)\n## Registering Students in SSOR (Step 2)\n## Troubleshooting Inaccurate Student Data\n## Requesting Add-On File Uploads from Your Data Coordinator\n## Troubleshooting File Format and Data Errors and Warnings\n## File Format Check\n## Data Errors and Warnings\n## Handling Accommodations in the Registration Flow\n## Verifying Accommodations and Supports\n## Accommodations Troubleshooting\n## Registration Resources\n## Contact Us\n## For Help with SSOR\n## For Help with Accommodations","[{\"question\":\"Who should use this registration guide, and what is its purpose?\",\"answer\":\"The guide is intended mainly for district and school staff whose primary responsibility is test registration in SSOR.
