At this premeeting parents meet with our administration to set the agenda for the upcoming Cafecito (Coffee with the Principal) meeting later this month. \nFrom the Office of the Dean: (Jules Manfreda) \nOur Tech TOSAs will be holding drop in days for teachers at each of the comprehensive school sites next week. Teachers may stop by to ask questions and receive one on one support throughout the day. Maybe you are struggling to use the Lockdown Browser within Formative, or have some questions related to course content in Canvas. If you are a Canvas user who regularly copies or imports content in Canvas, this may be especially helpful to you. Whatever it is, please visit with our team so we can support you as best as possible. Here is our Tech TOSA drop in schedule: \nMonday, 3/6-Santa Maria High School Library, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM Tuesday, 3/7-Pioneer Valley High School Library, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM Wednesday, 3/8-Righetti High School Library, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM \nFrom Special Programs: (Mr. Vincent) \n• Test prep for the CAASPP is ongoing with English taking the first crack at practice testing this past week. Please remember to submit any requests for additional equipment such as earbuds/headsets for the ELA portion of the CAASPP. This also goes for any additional equipment needed for AP testing in May. \n• Department chairs also have until March 15 to submit nominations for lottery fund purchases. \nFrom the Principal: (Steve Campbell) \nThe message this week is that, evidently, COVID is not quite done with us all. As you probably know, COVID swept through the principal's office late last week leaving all four of us (Prin, admin asst, AP CnI, and admin asst) temporarily out of commission. We are hoping to return early this week. In the meantime we are trying to stay up on things remotely (email or text) but if you try to reach us in person or by phone it will probably \nbe unsuccessful. We will keep you posted as we are cleared to return. Good grief. Sorry for the inconvenience, please email or text if you have any concerns/needs. Take care and stay healthy out there. \nSincerely, \n(Steve Campbell, Principal SMHS)","cbCaim6HJOXDMNz9","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaim6HJOXDMNz9","pdf",498958,"English","# Reminders and Weekly Calendar\n## Athletics\n## From Student Services\n## From the Office of the Dean\n## From Special Programs\n## From the Principal","[{\"question\":\"What is the Pre-Cafecito meeting for?\",\"answer\":\"Parents meet with the administration to set the agenda for the upcoming Cafecito (Coffee with the Principal) later this month.\"},{\"question\":\"Where and when are the Tech TOSA drop-in days scheduled?\",\"answer\":\"They are scheduled for Monday 3/6 at Santa Maria High School Library, Tuesday 3/7 at Pioneer Valley High School Library, and Wednesday 3/8 at Righetti High School Library, each from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.\"},{\"question\":\"What equipment requests are mentioned for CAASPP and AP testing?\",\"answer\":\"Requests for additional equipment such as earbuds/headsets for the ELA portion of the CAASPP are encouraged, and the same applies to any additional equipment needed for AP testing in May.\"}]","Santa Maria High School Principal’s 411 - 3-6-23 | PDF",1790992401]
