STATEMENT  \n08 February 2023  \nSACE CEO APPRECIATES NAMIBIA MINISTER OF EDUCATION FOLLOWING THE WELCOME OF THE AFTRA EXECUTIVES MEMBERS  \nDuring day 2 of the AFTRA Executive Board Meeting which was held in Namibia, Windhoek, the SACE CEO, Ms Ella Mokgalane earlier today delivered a message of appreciation on behalf of the AFTRA Executive Board Members, following a visit to the Ministry of Education, Honorable Ester Anna Nghipondoka.  \nThe CEO during her message, assured the Minister that AFTRA will continue to advice and learn from each other, in terms of assisting the Namibian Ministry of Education to establish its Teaching Council .She further stressed the need for a teaching concept which will be inclusive to the Teachers.  \nThe Minister, during her remarks, expressed delight that it was for the second time that Namibia will be hosting the AFTR Conference and Roundtable. She also emphasised the importance of learning from the rest of other sister countries, in their quest to establish their own Teachers’Regulatory Body.
