held under the theme: “ The teachers we need for the education we want :The global imperative to reverse the teacher shortage”, Council today undertook its time to appreciate its valued Educators at the Head Office, Centurion, Pretoria.  \nMore than 80 educators, who were walk-ins at the Head Office, were engaged on matters pertaining to the profession, and on what it means to be a credible inspiring teacher within the profession. Most educators expressed the need for teachers’ to continue fostering innovation and to become cultivating critical thinkers. According to them, there is a strong need to bridge the existing gaps, which continue to exist within the profession. If this is achieved, the education we want will indeed be seen.  \nTomorrow, the county will be celebrating the 2023 World Teachers’ day in many ways. The World Teachers’Day is held every year on the 5th October.
